The topic for today is turmoil and suicide

Good morning friends.

The world is in a place of turmoil, the least of these are being oppressed by those who are corrupt with the love of money. To those who are suffering, Jesus says these words in Matthew 11:28-29 “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.” Our only safety net is Jesus because he died on the cross for all our sins. Those who are using alcohol, drugs, and different types of medication to suppress the pain they are going through, Jesus can fix it, he invites us to accept him as our personal Lord and Savior. Jesus says in Revelation 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.” The hearts of many are inundated with a spirit of fear, seeing evil on a day to day basis seem to be normal. There are those who feel like the only escape out of a life full of misery is to end their life. This life we have is not our own, we all belong to God, because he created all man in his image as it says in Genesis chapter 1:26 “And God said, Let us make man in our own image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air and over the cattle, and all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” This shows us that we belong to God our heavenly Father. Our body does not belong to us and those who commit suicide are not going to make it into the kingdom of heaven, because Jesus says these words in Revelation chapter 21:8 “ But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” Jesus died on the cross for all our sins, this is the reason why we need to call on him when we do not know which way to go or what to do. There are those out their who are depressed and contemplating committing suicide to escape a life filled with fear and despair. Jesus says these words in Revelation chapter 3:20 ““Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.” And because he loves us so, he deserves a chance to come into our hearts, in order to clean our hearts up and make us new creatures for his glory and honor. Jesus is standing at the doors of our hearts and those of us who open them up will be delivered from a life of despair and hopelessness.

I pray this will bless all those who read it.
